Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact and in original packaging. To start a return, email bottomverse.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

 

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability.

 

We do not accept returns on items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
